The Regulated Awakening Path
Real transformation follows a sequence. First you understand. Then you regulate. Then you integrate. Skipping steps creates more dysregulation, not less.
One program. One starting point. Shadow Integration Lab is where the work begins — understanding what's running before you try to change it.
From survival to integration, without bypassing.
Where Does Transformation Actually Begin?
Most approaches skip the most important step: naming what's actually happening. Before you can regulate, you need to see what's dysregulating you. Before you can integrate, you need to understand what you're integrating. The arc below is the full picture.
Shadow Integration Lab covers the first stages of this arc — understanding before regulation, awareness before change.
The Current Container
Shadow Integration Lab is where the work begins. One program, one starting point — for the aware-but-stuck phase.
What it does
An 8-week trauma education for high-functioning people who feel like something's wrong but can't name it. Shadow Integration Lab maps your survival patterns, attachment wounds, and unconscious behaviors — so you go from "something's wrong with me" to "oh. That's why."
This is the starting point. Before you can regulate a nervous system, you need to understand what's dysregulating it. Before you can integrate a wound, you need to name it.
- 8 weeks of trauma education and pattern mapping
- Language for survival patterns, attachment wounds, nervous system states
- Week-by-week curriculum: Polyvagal literacy, IFS-informed parts work, shadow mapping
- 3 tiers: Essential / Supported / Intensive
- Limited to 8 participants per cohort
Educational foundation drawn from Somatic Experiencing (Levine), Internal Family Systems (Schwartz), and Polyvagal Theory (Porges).
The Six Stops of Transformation
Each stop is a real shift — not a concept, but a change you can feel and measure. The programs above are designed to move you through these stops at a pace your nervous system can sustain.
Pattern Awareness
Autopilot → Witness
You can see the pattern while it's running. You pause instead of react. You have language for what's happening inside you.
Shadow Integration LabSafety & Resourcing
Unsafety → Felt Safety
Baseline anxiety reduces. You can self-soothe without external rescue. The nervous system has reference points for safety.
Shadow Integration LabSomatic Regulation
Dysregulated body → Responsive body
Stress recovery is faster. Emotional tolerance expands. The body stops being the enemy and starts being information.
What comes after Shadow LabEmotional Integration
Protection → Connection
Conflict becomes healthier. Projection reduces. Attachment patterns shift toward security. You can be seen without disappearing.
What comes after Shadow LabBaseline Shift
Regulation as effort → Regulation as default
Calm becomes normal, not something you chase. Stress stops defining your decisions. The work becomes maintenance, not survival.
The longer arcIntegrated Expansion
Spiritual seeking → Embodied awakening
Intuition stabilizes. Leadership becomes ethical and non-reactive. Service happens without burnout. Purpose is lived, not performed.
The longer arcWhere Do You Begin?
Clarity before commitment. The right starting point depends on where you actually are — not where you think you should be.
You don't need to join anything to be healing.
The Instagram page alone may already help you orient. If you want structure and guidance, the option exists — when you're ready.
About This Path
This is an educational program, not therapy. Shadow Integration Lab integrates evidence-based principles from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
Not in active crisis? This program is designed for stable, high-functioning individuals who want depth and language for their patterns. If you are in active crisis, please connect with professional mental health support first.
Not a replacement for therapy. If therapy is working for you, stay there. This program is designed to complement — or to serve people for whom traditional therapy hasn't been the right fit.
